Alexander “Alec” Galloway, III, Associate

As an experienced trial attorney, Mr. Galloway has built a reputation for aggressive and strategic representation of his clients, while bringing compassion and understanding to each and every client’s case.

Alec obtained his BS in Finance from Susquehanna University (Pennsylvania). After College, Alec moved to Macon, Georgia to attend Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.  At Mercer, Alec served as both a member and later an editor of Mercer’s prestigious Law Review.  After obtaining his law degree from Mercer University, Alec worked for an Atlanta boutique law firm specializing in plaintiff’s antitrust litigation and later honed his trial skills at the Douglas County Public Defender’s Office and at the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Trial Skills College.

Prior to joining Pasley & Nuce, Alec spent over twenty years representing major corporations and insurance companies in wrongful death cases and catastrophic personal injury cases. Eventually, Alec decided that representing corporations and insurance companies was not in line with his personal values and beliefs.  Alec joins Pasley & Nuce and brings with him his knowledge and experience having learned “the tricks of the trade” with regard to how corporations and insurance companies treat persons who have been injured by the negligent actions of others.

Alec is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA). In 2004, Alec was designated in Atlanta Magazine’s Super Lawyers edition as a “rising star” in the defense of personal injury actions by peer review.  Let Alec put his vast experience to work for you.
