EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Zachary W. Davis “Zachary” attended the University of Georgia and Valdosta State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in History. While obtaining his undergraduate degree, he became a member of the Kappa Alpha Order.  Later, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall School of Law.

Zachary always knew he wanted to practice law close to where he was raised.  After graduating from law school, Zachary began working for the law firm of Mallory & Trice.  That firm focused primarily on real estate, disability, probate, and estate planning.  After 3 years of working with the firm, Zachary became a named partner.  In 2019, because of an extreme desire to create a full-service law firm that could take care of the legal needs of every client, Zachary helped create and was a founding partner of Pasley, Nuce, Mallory & Davis, LLC.

Zachary is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, and also sat as the Thomaston Bar Association’s President for 5 years.
